We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused lead scooperAssistant Manager to help lead our ice cream shop team. This role combines hands-on leadership with day-to-day operations, ensuring that our customers enjoy a welcoming, fun, and efficient environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive guest experience.

  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and energetic work environment.

• Store Operations

  • Open and close the shop, including cash handling and balancing drawers.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

  • Monitor inventory levels; assist with ordering and stocking supplies.

• Sales & Growth

  • Assist with social media posts, promotions, or community events as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred.

• Leadership experience a plus.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.

• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs when stocking supplies.

• Comfortable working around freezers and in cool temperatures.
